electionary_apr16Electionary, a multi-state guide to election law, now features 18 states, including new state profiles for Illinois, New Mexico, California, and New York.

In recent years, more states have passed laws to make it harder to vote. Electionary is a free, comprehensive online resource that voters can use to help overcome these obstacles and ensure their ballots are counted. This primary season, Electionary has been used by voting rights advocates and organizers in Election Protection efforts, and it will be pertinent to run effective voter registration programs and get-out-the-vote drives before the November election.

Since January, Project Vote has regularly updated www.Electionary.info with new state voter guides. Voting guides for all 50 states and D.C., including Spanish language guides for select states, will be available by this summer.
